Highly recommend! Excellent communication and service! I needed the floors refinished on a specific date and Ron was very accomodating. He answered my calls and emails promptly. He arrived right on time with a great team. They completed the job on time. The floors in the 100 year old house looked brand new when they were done. I was very impressed with this company!!

He did not bring to my attention the stains that could not get out of the woods. Nor he did not bring to my attention the piece of wood that should've been replaced.

"This job was done 9 months ago so it is difficult to remember all the details, I do know that it was priced over the phone based on the square footage so I never saw it before refinishing it. I also believe that these floors where stain a very dark color when we started which would not allow me to see any stains that may have been there. I don't recall a board that should have been replace. Lastly I can never guarantee that any stain will sand out and a customer always has the option of replacing flooring at an addition cost. I can only refinish whets there."

We had our living room floor refinished. Ron informed us it would take 4 days. The floor came our nice. But every time his staffs came to work on the house, they always left without notice and never informed us when they would come again. Lack of communication. Anything else was great.

"I find the fact that they feel I did not communicate baffling, They were given a 1hr window as to when we would arrive everyday and they were not home at anytime we where provided a key to come and go. All the work was done in a timely fashion and to a high standard. There may have been a language issue as English was not there primary language."

I would definitely recommend Ron Wilson to a friend. We had hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms refinished, the floors were covered by carpets for many, many years. Our floors came out beautifully and they were able to get out an unknown stain from the wood. I found Ron to be reliable, professional, and well priced. They came when they said they would, they worked efficiently and cleaned up! The clean up was also a big deal for me and you would have never known they were there.

I am most pleased with the quality of work, the excellent communication, the follow thru on commitments and the schedule kept.This flooring of about 900 sq.ft.and rebuilding of two stair ways had to be done in twp phases and at my request it required several return visits over a period of weeks. Ron made it easy for me to schedule the other trades so my entire kitchen and family room renovation project went smoothly... Ron Wilson and Sons refinished my living room, dining room and entrance way. He also patched sections of flooring where I had removed walls. My floors are beautiful and look like new. Ron was easy to work with. The job was completed on time and area was cleaned up afterwards. I plan on having him back to install hardwood flooring in a room currently carpeted.
