We always heard from Curt when he said we would hear from him, and the team on-site was a hard-working group of professionals. The quote from Real Dry was about 3k less than competitors. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and no surprise add-ons to the quote. And the work they performed is top notch! Then i come home a few days later and see they left a door knocker on my door saying they did the work. I would rather have been there when they were doing the work so that I could have known for sure that they completed it. lack of communication was not appreciated in this situation."
