"After several days of heavy rain, we noticed a small amount of water in the basement near the pipe that goes out to the septic. Key had someone come take a look at it and quickly identified the problem. A few weeks later, the team should up and fixed the problem in about 3 hours. The works included - resealing around the pipe and installing a waterproof membrane on the water below it."

"Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c"

"They installed a new shower valve in my house in Centerville. They did a great job with short notice at a affordable price. 5Star+ for Harbor Masters Plumbing"

"This past winter, we moved into a house that had a newly finished basement. However, we soon discovered it would occasionally flood. (Yes, we got money from the sellers.) We had a french drain installed, a new sump pump with three pumps, and a dehumidifier. The worst part of the process was waiting for the appointment. It booked out like 3-4 weeks! The workers (Emilio, Carlos, Kyle, Ricky, TJ) were really polite and kept me informed of what was going on. First off, I said I'd hire again, BUT I hope I don't have to!!"

"Jeremy did the plumbing for our bathroom and many other things in our house. He was there when he said he would be, did it in a timely fashion and is professional."
