"Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. We had all our mature plantings removed in the front of our home as well as the side gardens.  We wanted to start "from scratch" and Ken and Sean selected the plantings, offered ideas and completed the work in the time they had determined it would take. They also replaced and re-routed a pipe in the front of the house that had been exposed and unsightly.  They redesigned the frontage by adding some sod which gave us more lawn.  They were so professional and reasonable we had them back to do our fall cleanup.
