We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan. Painted shingles will last between four and seven years; after that point, you’ll need to paint them again and restart the process of having your roof inspected, replacing any damaged shingles, and so on. These inspections and repairs play a crucial role in extending the overall durability of your roof.
