"I can't speak highly enough about this company. When I called to arrange an on site visit for an estimate, they showed up on time and listened to everything I had to say about the job. I was given a written quote on the spot (something I rarely see from contractors), so I offered them the job. To my surprise, he said he could get started the very next day (a Saturday) and that they would be able to finish the following Monday when the deck had dried off. They arrived to start the job when they said they would, and got to work right away. I was concerned I would need to move the stuff we have on the decks, but they told me they could simply move them to the side and then move them back when they were done. They did exactly that, and everything was put back to its original position when they were finished. They were power washing all day, and were very thorough. When they came back two days later, they again went to work right away rebuilding the stairs and water sealing the deck. The stairs look great! They even added a step so the bottom step could sit more securely on the concrete (it had been resting on a cinder block before being rebuilt). They advised to wait 1-2 days for the water sealer to dry before using the decks, we paid them, and they did a great job cleaning up when they left. I wish all contractors we hired were as efficient and straightforward as the people working at Melvin Power Wash. I will absolutely call on them again when my decks need maintenance, or if my house needs a wash."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"This past winter, my vinyl pool wall started to cave in, due to rusting of the support structure. I placed calls to 17 different construction & pool repair companies, and Ranieri Construction were the ONLY ones that were willing to roll up their sleeves and take on the repair job (everyone else just seemed to want to sell me an entire new pool!). Louis and his family were amazing from start to finish. They are very skilled - from excavating the old deck, ratcheting back the pool walls, and pouring the new footings & deck, they clearly knew what they were doing, and the finished product is great. Louis was very attentive to detail. They spent time with me to explain the work that needed to be done, always stayed in touch with what was going on, were very careful to respect the property and always cleaned up. Even though it wasn't in our contract, Louis even offered to fill in gaps between my pool coping and deck all the way around the pool as a preventative measure so that I wouldn't have an issue with the other pool walls in the future. In short, I couldn't be more happy with Ranieri Construction - they are a great family business, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them for any new projects down the road."

"Hire this company! Seriously.? If I could give Bright Painting and the specific crew of workers who worked on our house an A+++ rating, I would.? Before we hired Bright Painting, we met with 3 other painting contractors.? While Bright Painting did not give us the lowest bid, we were convinced by?owner Celso Oliveira that the extensive preparation they would do on our 100+ year old house before even beginning to paint, and then the paint job itself, would make it well worth the extra money.? Plus, Celso was willing to compromise his initial bid somewhat?so that sealed the deal for us. From the day the crew of Wilson, Elias, Juan and Francis arrived and began their prep work, I was impressed and pleased.? In addition to doing incredibly careful, thorough, skillful, and yes, extensive?work, they were, and continued to be throughout the entire job, the nicest, most pleasant, and most responsible crew of people I have ever had work on?our house?(and there have been many over the 16 years we've owned this old house.)? As for the painting itself, they took the time and care needed to paint perfectly the many house details, like the dentil molding and various other moldings,?the window sashes, the storm windows, and the trim, to name some.? They never cut corners and always addressed, in a manner that never made me feel I was asking too much, any concern I had.? And, I can't say enough good things about Celso and his son, Arthur.? Despite the fact that the job ended up taking longer then they anticipated, I never felt that they were rushing the crew to move faster and move on.? As a homeowner who wanted the job done well from A to Z, I really, really appreciated that.? Oh, and Celso and Arthur are also?extremely nice people and great to work with.?So, I'll end this review exactly where I started it and say simply - HIRE THIS COMPANY!!. **UPDATE** I just had to update my review because Bright Painting continues to be an outstanding company providing unbelievable service. When they finished painting in November, 2015, they weren't able to stain the porch deck and stairs because it had gotten too cold for the stain to dry and cure properly. They promised to return in the spring and agreed we should hold back a portion of the money we owed them. Arthur contacted me in the spring and we scheduled the work. Unfortunately, it was extraordinarily windy on the day Wilson did the work and alot of leaves and pollen messed up the stairs. Arthur sent Wilson back to touch up the stairs on July 12, but when Wilson tried to do it, he wasn't satisfied with how it looked. He contacted Arthur who had him re-sand and re-stain the entire front porch and stairs to make sure it would look good. This company - the owners and the workers - go above and beyond in a way I have never experienced before in any contractor. They are the best!"

"Anthony is a complete professional. He responds to all communications quickly and clearly. His estimate was detailed as to the scope of work, and cost. He and his crew arrived exactly when they promised. His workers were polite and very respectful of our property and gardens. They were meticulous - not a drop of paint on the decks, driveway or windows. Anthony took the time to make some repairs, and really did everything he could to keep the cost down. I would give Anthony my highest recommendation! Our house looks beautiful!"
