Fantastic Job. Recently bought this home but we were not happy with the dull, dark interior colors. Tried other contractors but we got the best price quote and color advice from Brian. The work that he and his team have done has completely transformed the house. Absolutely love it. Team was on time every day, very professional and friendly, cleaned up completely when they were done for the day. One room was very difficult and Brian took care of it himself. We are now look at painting the deck and other rooms upstairs and we will hire them again. Highly recommended!

Our log home required specific primer/stain/top coat. Bryan and his crew were fabulous. They attended Webinars to learn how to apply the product to the logs and did a fabulous job. The price was very competitive and we've had Bryan back to apply a second top coat after 3 years. Great service and very professional.

Bryan did a fantastic job and always kept me updated on the progress. Keeping me updated on a regular basis was very important to me since I live out if state.

They were very professional. They let us know when they would be coming (depending on the weather of course). They were very thorough, and neat. When they were finished they had my spouse look over all of the work, and answered any questions that he had. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite and friendly. We would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Bryan and his crew were outstanding. When I was ready to have the house painted I went onto Angie's list and was looking forward to getting someone to paint my house in the next few weeks. Doh! I learned that wasn't going to happen. Bryan was upfront with the timeline, he told me it would be late July before he could do anything and promised to keep me posted. We talked a couple times and he assured me we were on track for end of July. True to his word he came out and completed the job in two days. The house looks fantastic. Bryan is fair, courteous and professional. He will be my only call for my next paint job.

Abracadabra employs multiple women staff members which you don't always see in this field. I have no idea why anyone would use any other company in Western Mass? Would use them again, no question about it.

Very neat, no messy drips,; all personnel were knowledgeable and very aware of my needs, on time every day;  kept me in the loop about completion dates.

arrived promptly.  setup professional, special primer applied on all walls and ceiling , due to  extensive soot in room resulting from malfunction propane room heater  Primer applied dried for 24 hours
 then promptly applied paint to all needed surfaces.
 Excellent work by two professionals  Very personable. Explained all steps of the job. Would recommend Bryan and his crew to anyone needing this service.

Excellent! This was the second time we used Brian's services and he is just about the best contractor, of any trade, that we have dealt with. Hire him, you won't be disappointed.

Very professional, courteous, and helpful. They brought a four person team and primed the house, cleaned up and replaced some rotted wood, and painted two coats. They also did the trim in white. I appreciated that they didn't need my constant guidance, and they just got on with the work. They managed to slip me into a cancelation in their schedule so the job was done ahead of time. They were the most expensive quote, but the level of competence and concern for detail, also seemed to be the greatest.

From start to finish Bryan Kennedy was extremely professional.  He wrote up an estimate to restore the original finish and did not react at all when I changed my mind  and asked for a whole new quote.  This  was a difficult situation.  I spoke with several painters all of whom had a different opinion on how to solve the problem of a failed 3 coat system that had a high gloss top coat which was now pealing in multiple places.  Bryan was an excellent poblem solver and was also cautious, researching before he made decisions.  He also included me in his decision making process.  He had anticipated starting the last week in August or first week in September.  He began and finished right on schedule.
Brian's crew was polite and respectful.  They worked steadily with very few breaks.  They also cleaned the work areas daily when they finished.  Brian was on site through most of the project providing supervision and decision-making.
i now have a beautifully restored cedar home.  My neighbors have commented on the amazing transformation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality paint job at a fair price.

From the 1st phone call to the last, Brian and his team provided excellent service.  They painted our 2 story home in about a week.  It was tricky due to the constant thunder and rain storms but the job was done in a timely manner.  I was kept informed constantly of what was complete and what still needed to be done.  Great communication.  I am very happy with the paint job and all the trim work.  My house looks fantastic!!  I highly recommend them!

We chose 3 specific colors and created a detailed diagram.  The crew carried the plan out very well, verifying details and making very helpful suggestions.  The rather extensive work was finished in a timely manner, with the yard and work areas left neat and clean every day.  The crew was punctual, polite and friendly - a delight to work with.  The proprietor, Mr. Kennedy, proved to be highly dependable in all ways.  Our house looks beautiful and we will be contacting Abracadabra for future work.   

Bryan communicated very well with us; he followed through with what he said he'd do and did it in a timely manner. He's extremely organized and knowledgeable. He gave us some great advice and pointers when we were making final decisions. He's punctual, friendly, reasonable, clear and all- around easy to deal with. He told us what we could expect and made good on it.
He and his crew worked efficiently and harmoniously. They seemed focused on getting the job done while sharing a solid camaraderie. They were respectful of our property including protecting emerging perennials in a bed attached to the house.  
They went out of their way to be as unobtrusive as possible. They cleaned up and organized their supplies and equipment before leaving for the day. They were considerate of the impact they might have on us homeowners and as a result, were very easy to have around.
This was a very good experience. No drama. Start to finish, Bryan runs a great operation. I'd recommend him to family, friends and anyone in the market for an above average painting job. Bryan consistently goes the extra mile by anticipating the needs of the customers and following through on commitments.
