"Mike was superb. The job required perseverance and Mike's never give up attitude paid off while working on my old house. The odyssey began when Mike tried to install the faucet I purchased. It did not fit. He went to a trade supple house in search of another that also did not fit. He was instrumental in getting the showroom to take the wrong one back, and recommended a helpful sales person who helped me buy an appropriate one. On the next visit we discovered that the holes were not drilled correctly, so the new faucet would not fit. Mike installed an inexpensive one for us to use until he could buy a special drill bit for cutting granite. Mike deftly enlarged the mounting hole, which was no small feat given the counter/sing/backsplash setup. He did so without damaging anything or creating a mess. He's also very personable and comfortable to be around and in the house. highly recommended."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. "Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."
