He was very courteous and polite. Upon our agreement he provided the timing which they will be arriving the following day to install the new water heater. It was surprising that he arrived earlier than the time frame window I was provided with. He was very professional and had his mask, gloves and boot coverings on throughout the entire installation process. The work area was left much cleaner than I had prior to start of their work.
