"My water heater started leaking in the evening. I tried calling a few local plumbing companies in the area. No one returned the call. I left a message for Dynamic Plumbing, shortly after a few minutes my phone rings..I was surprised, it was the plumber from Dynamic Plumbing. He went over the options over the phone and offered to come out the same evening. Upon agreeing, He arrived at my house with protective face covering and gloves. He worked quickly and stopped the water to prevent any further damage to our belongings in the area. Then he explained the types of water heaters are available and which will be the best option for me, being a teacher I had several questions and Angel provided me with answers to all my questions very patiently. He was very courteous and polite. Upon our agreement he provided the timing which they will be arriving the following day to install the new water heater. It was surprising that he arrived earlier than the time frame window I was provided with. He was very professional and had his mask, gloves and boot coverings on throughout the entire installation process. The work area was left much cleaner than I had prior to start of their work.
