Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing.

I called Matt on a Sunday in need of a plumber for Monday and he rearranged his schedule to help us out so we could move forward with our bathroom renovation after listening to our situation. He came over and removed our old cast iron tub which was just a bonus because I was going to keep it even though I didn’t want to. He also put in a new shower valve and fixtures, tub drain, sink faucet, and toilet. It was a big job and he did it effortlessly and I couldn’t believe he was at our house in less than 24 hours of calling him. His work was impeccable, he has fair pricing, he was clean and a pleasure to have in our home. He was also a wonderful mentor to his apprentice who he walked him through everything they were doing. I highly recommend Ferris Plumbing and will definitely call him for our next renovation project.

We can’t say enough about Matt. He was very responsive to our need. He was out the very next day and was at our home at the time he said he would be there. (That is unheard of these days). Matt was very professional and thorough. There was no surprises with job. Matt and Chris were very efficient with the installation of the hot water tank. We would readily use Ferris Plumbing and heating for any future needs.

Matt came out and re piped our cast iron plumbing drainage system. He also had to re vent some things because it wasn’t up to code. He was informative, professional, and had competitive pricing. We are amazed with how it looks now!

I noticed leak coming down my ceiling from my up stair tenants. I called Ferris plumbing and they showed up the same day and changed the sewer line.

We reached out to Matt regarding a leak in our downstairs bathroom and issues with the drain. It was a bit difficult to find someone willing to squeeze us in on short notice but he worked with us and stopped by the very next day. Not only did he resolve the issue but he also replaced our dated cast iron tub which we had been wanting to do since purchasing the home. He works very efficiently while also paying close attention to the smallest detail and making sure to address all questions and concerns. I would %100 recommend his work without hesitation.

Matt is a true professional. He is reliable, talented and reasonably priced. He put in the extra effort to guarantee the jobs were done well, including thoroughly cleaning up the work area. He has done work for me a few times now and I couldn t be happier with the finished projects. He even talked me through a leak while he was vacationing in Florida. Literally on the water kayaking and he called me back immediately to help with my emergency. That is above and beyond and that is what you get with Ferris Plumbing and Heating.
