He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. "Went extremely well. Jeff told me the options and talked me through each of them. Once decision was made, he scheduled everything and was done within a week. Removed old oil burner and tank. Installed new Rinnai combi unit, so now there was more room in basement for my clutter. He went above and beyond.
