"Dave from Calzini's Plumbing and Heating got me through a hard time when I couldn't get anyone else to provide service on short notice. As a landlord, I had to replace a hot water heater for my tenants as soon as possible. I had to shut the water off and they were extremely upset about it. The only one that responded and came out right away was Calzini's Plumbing. They arrived within an hour and were out within an hour after with everything functioning perfectly. "Horrible. And they will dispute this saying they never did the work. My business would have been open 4 months sooner if it wasn't for these guys. Sent a meth dealer to do the plumbing and was dealing out of the back of the truck. The other guy only showed up one day a week, got minimal done, got high on the job site, and passed out. You'll end up billed for the hours. All on camera. Moved the toilet to right in front of the door so you couldn't use the toilet and close the door. Cost me $7000 to move it back because of the shoddy work. Has no understanding of things that can actually be done. It's going to cost me at least another $10,000 to finish the simple work they refused to. So many leaks also had to be repaired by someone else, totaling $2500 so far. Found chunks of concrete on top of my refridgerator, repairs coming to $3652. They will also not show up for the sppointed times when the plumbing inspector is going to show up, which is going to delay everything."

The license requirements for water softener installation depend on your location. Some municipalities require that the installer hold a plumbing license, some require a permit and an inspection, but no license for the installer, and some require a permit and a license for the installer. Regardless of the local laws in your area, it’s always a good idea to hire a licensed plumber or installer. Water softeners have many benefits. The most important one is converting previously hard water—water with too many minerals—to more usable, easier water. No, a water descaler won't descale pipes. The charged water running through the pipes may very slowly dissolve mineral deposits and hold them inside the water, but it's a very gradual process. If your pipes do need descaling, it's much better to get a local plumber to descale your pipes.

To get utilities set up on a property, you first have to contact the local department of planning to determine whether your property is able to connect to public utilities. From there, you can work with a structural engineer and/or a building contractor to design the layout of utility lines on the property.
