"We signed a contract to replace our liner with the salesman after he inspected our pool. We pointed out rust on the side walls. He said it wasn't a problem. When the workmen showed up they said the pool could not be repaired. I think the salesman should have done a better inspection. We were not charged so that was great customer service."

Explained me what needs to be done and also told me how much it is going to cost. Finished the work in 30min. Hauled the unwanted material in his truck. No mess was left behind. They charged me for a regular service call. Luckily I had an Angie's List coupon which saved me some money. Very satisfied.
