"I can't say enough about Watchman Waterproofing and the owner Dave. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.

All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."
