They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."

"The deal is really not labelled well. There is no fine print discussing the terms and it's only after you purchase that you find out that the deal is only good for UP TO 6 hours of wall paper removal for one room only. I feel this should be explicitly stated so that there is no confusion afterwards. Basically, if your "one room" only takes 2 hours to complete, that's all you get, even if you have more rooms that need wallpaper removed. The deal should be called "One room of wall paper removal for up to 6 hours of labor". 
Aside from that criticism, the project went well overall. The original date I had picked was scheduled and then the day before they were supposed to come out, they called and rescheduled because the weather had caused some back-up in their appointments. This was a little bit of a pain because I had taken the day off to be home for the work to be done. But they showed up on time for the re-scheduled appointment. The woman who did the work was nice and polite, and completed all of the rooms I needed done because the wallpaper came of with very little effort and she was able to get through all three rooms in under 2 hours.

"I was thoroughly impressed with the company. Initially we contacted the company on a Thursday afternoon, the day after Christmas. When calling the company, we mentioned how important it was to get the work done before the weekend. Leslie at the company was incredibly helpful. She not only asked the details of the project on the phone, she also personally dropped by the house to determine the scope of the project. She was friendly, helpful and said she would match the perfect crew to the job. She was able to book a crew for the next morning at 9am. The next day, the two man crew showed up on time and ready to work. Immediately, they quickly assessed the materials needed to get the job done right. They found a sample of the wall paint to take to Home Depot to match the color exactly and they picked up new brackets to support the drapery pole. They promptly returned and skillfully repaired and painted the wall along with mounting the repaired pole to the wall. They also quickly installed the new window in the front hall. The men were polite, skilled and made sure that the space was clean, neat and that we were happy with the results. By he way, Leslie from the company also stopped by during the repair to check on the work being done. That made us feel very comfortable. Leslie was amazing and the guys were perfect for the job at hand. The price was great and the company was so great to deal with on the repair project. "Daniel was very polite, and bent over backwards to please us on a job that involved several different aspects. We should have provided more supervision on the exterior painting job, as there were issues with preparation and materials. (E.g., using spray paint as a primer, and choosing the wrong materials to use for some boards that had to be replaced.) While the choice of to hire or not is either yes or no, I would say "maybe"--depending on the project,."
