Because we have different species of pine from different eras, he applied a light stain to help them blend better, then the 3 coats of poly for a beautiful finish. Then they prepped the concrete subfloor to perfection and installed vinyl plank flooring. They did a beautiful job at an excellent price. Bob was helpful and communicated during every stage of the process. They finished on time and the results are fantastic. I will definitely hire him when it's time to do the flooring in my home."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
