"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical.
