"The experience with Sal from Saugus door was exceptional. He arrived on time and in a truck that clearly was marked Saugus Overhead Door. He explained what washing to replace. The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."

He explained the steps he was going to take and why they were necessary. He made suggestions to improve the performance of the door. Vincent even helped me troubleshoot my finicky garage door opener. Before he left, Vincent cleaned my garage. When I spoke with Mike initially, he said they do not subcontract the work. They have only experienced installers. Vincent certainly seemed like a highly trained professional."
