"Company agreed to clean creasote in fireplace over the phone. On arrival, workers said they didn't do that kind of work. Also arrived after 5pm which was outside the predicted range. Otherwise, they were fast and efficient."

"They inspected the chimney from up on the roof, something that the chimney sweeps that had been cleaning the chimney since 2016, when we first moved in, had never done. They took pics and showed us how the lining of the chimney was collapsing and it had been in this state for a long time. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! In the past 3 years of living here we have not used this patio area so much. I could not be happier with the job they completed.
