They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! "I called the company based on other reviews. They were courteous, pleasant and helpful on the telephone and I got an appointment within a couple of days. The technician, Nicholas, arrived promptly and covered his work area with a drop cloth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part on hand for the repair. He said he could reposition the logs correctly with no problem. He also cleaned and reconditioned the entire log set, both sets of glass and the entire back of the unit. He vacuumed the entire area before leaving. The fireplace looks FANTASTIC and operates perfectly. The attention to detail and pride in his workmanship that Nicholas brought to his job is extraordinary. I've already recommended him and the company to a family member and they are wonderfully pleased, also. I'd rate my whole experience A+++!"
