Best floor sanding pros near Maynard, MA

"He was able to get the whole 2nd floor completed in a short time constraint. Clean and ductless. Workers were courteous. They were also able to replace an additional board on short notice after the 2nd floor was finished. Floors look fantastic!!"

"I've hired these guys for two projects, one for installing hardwood floors in a tricky one-bedroom apartment and the other for sanding/sealing the hardwood floors of a three-bedroom house. Both times, I was impressed with the quality, efficiency, work ethic, and price of the service. These are my go-to flooring guys."

"We hired them to sand, stain our wooden floors plus adding some in our closets. All very straightforward and transparent from the start, plenty of options all well explained and then they executed beautifully what promised. Highly recommended business."

"Lou Topia and son did a superb job refinishing our wood floors. They had to remove and dispose of old carpeting. They added matching hardwood to areas that did not have hardwood and interlaced hardwood in areas that needed to be extended. They sanded and buffed all of the hardwood, and then applied four coats of poly. We trusted them with our house while we moved out for those four days. We highly recommend them for anyone requiring new hardwood installation as well as refinishing existing hardwood flooring. they are the best!!!"

"We had our hardwood floors in our home restored by Design Wood Floors this month. Our home is a 1910 Craftsman with a mix of original southern pine floors and relatively newer (20 year old) oak hardwood planking. All of the flooring was in dire need of refinishing. John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls. We felt completely comfortable entrusting all of the details to Design Wood Floors and simply went on vacation, returning a week later to the hardwood floors of our dreams. We highly recommend Design Wood Floors!"

"We have hired Ralph at least four times. Made a difficult removal of a distressed old tile floor and replaced with oak that perfectly matched our existing floor elsewhere in house. Made another difficult removal of tile in sunroom and replaced with stunning manufactured wood floor from Sweden. Restored and painted deck. Everything was perfect, plus Talph and crew are just nice people."

"Ryan and his Shed Dog crew were fantastic and we're so glad we hired them to refinish our oak and pine flooring in Westford. They did 6 rooms and two long hallways, were able to start earlier than planned and finished right on time. The floors are gorgeous, the rate was very reasonable, and Ryan and team were friendly and great to have around. Highly recommend!"
