"We had used Taozen earlier this year after we bought a house that required the floors to be refinished. I was really pleased with the quality of the work and responsiveness. I am writing another review as I found myself in a pickle after realizing that we had unfinished hardwood floor that had been installed as part of remodeling one of the closets in the master bedroom. I called Tao because the work needed to be done urgently since we moving into the house in two days. Tao promptly went to the house to take a look and had this crew come the next day to sand and stain the floor! In addition, they also installed a piece of hardwood to fill a gap that had been created between the master bath and the bedroom because of the remodeling. "I am in a process of kitchen remodel and after removing three layers of flooring (two different layers of vinyl tiles and one layer of ceramic tiles) found an original, 90-year old heart pine wood floor. I decided to call a pro to see if it can be saved and refinished. Some of the boards were quite damaged (holes, gouges, gaps, missing pieces etc.) I tried calling several companies, but none was as responsive as Weles. After I called, Sasha came to my house the same night to take a look at the floor and measure. He sent me an estimate the next day and got me on a schedule the following week to do the work. It took two days to complete, the crew arrived early in the morning just as they said they would. They were all very polite and professional. They didnâ t leave until they finished what needed to be done, so they stayed until 6:30pm the first day, sanding away and applying the first coat of the finish. The replacement board they had brought with them werenâ t quite matching (turns out this flooring is hard to find these days), but they were able to quickly locate and bring another set of boards that looked exactly like the ones I had, which made me very happy. They carefully cut out the damaged pieces and filled the gaps with the replacement pieces before sanding (they do dustless sanding, which is pretty cool) and applying the finish. The result is a beautiful looking floor. We are very happy with the work Weles did. I highly recommend giving Sasha a call if you need your floors repaired/refinished."

"We had just purchased a home with two floors that were nearly completely Hardwood, some spots had some gouges, some spots had scuffing, and all of it needed a good refinishing. Hired Superior Hardwood to go through top to bottom (stairs included), sand it all down, patch some areas, and apply several coats of oil based polyurethane over the course of about a week. The results are fantastic, and my wife and I are both very pleased. The floors look absolutely beautiful and the new look was worth every penny. All of the work was done by the owner (Cliff) and one employee, and you can tell they know what they're doing and take pride in their work. Cliff answered any questions I had along the way and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"There are not enough categories to describe the job! Full sanding and refinishing of oak hardwood floors in kitchen, dining room and living room in Cape style house. Full painting of walls, trim, ceiling in living room and kitchen. From the first estimate the entire job was done in a week. The team had amazing attention to detail in the prep work as well as the actual job. They moved all furniture out to a Pod (that Walmir arranged) and moved it all back. I had constant updates regarding status. Excellent work from the team. I will use them again- likely soon to do a little more painting. Now that two rooms look so good I need to spiff up the hallway."
