I called Tao because the work needed to be done urgently since we moving into the house in two days. Tao promptly went to the house to take a look and had this crew come the next day to sand and stain the floor! In addition, they also installed a piece of hardwood to fill a gap that had been created between the master bath and the bedroom because of the remodeling. They added matching hardwood to areas that did not have hardwood and interlaced hardwood in areas that needed to be extended. They sanded and buffed all of the hardwood, and then applied four coats of poly. We trusted them with our house while we moved out for those four days. We highly recommend them for anyone requiring new hardwood installation as well as refinishing existing hardwood flooring. they are the best!!!"
