Tien, the owner at TNT Hardwood Floor did an amazing job installing all new hardwood floors on my second floor. He is a true craftsmen and was very easy to work with and gave us great ideas on what floor would work best for us. I have already referred my neighbors to him. Marie

I would say it went fair overall, I've had floors done before so I kind of knew what to expect as far as dust/sanding etc. These floors were 120 year old pine, wide board with lots of cracks and nail holes. Sam took time to explain that I would have to live with that which is what I expected anyway. They had to repair a couple of the stair treads and replaced 2 all together. I was not happy with how the hallway came out initially, still had rough spots, could see the circular pattern of the sander in some parts. I had them buff it out again and redo with a thicker oil based polyurethane which is what he ended up using in the bedroom. I wanted a third coat but he was very reluctant. In the end it came out very nice. The bedroom was $400 alone because it had a coat of paint on it which took a heavier sander and more time to sand. I would not use this company again. I found Sam to be the kind of person that wanted to do the least work for the money.
