Working with Bruno has been an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond taking care of our project even within tight time constraints. He also did the carpet on our second floor as well. We ripped up wall to wall carpeting which unearthed beautiful hardwood floors which desperately needed to be refinished along with some significant repairs as well. Bruno was excellent at his work, there was virtually no dust left behind, the floors look amazing. Weâ re so happy we went with Finesse Flooring. Highly recommend!

Excellent final result. If you want the high end install and finish look this is who to hire. Install is very tight and uses all the latest and best finish products from Germany instead of the cheap stuff. Very good attention to detail on staining.

They canceled my installation appointment the night before the work was scheduled, causing me to have to rearrange my work meetings. One of Bruno's installers was fine and that room came out great however the second room had a different installer who left so many marks on my newly painted walls that I needed to repaint most the room.

"Hello. We did called and asked if it was possible to reschedule the project to the next day and the client agreed to the change. If client couldn't reschedule for any reason, we would've done the project the day scheduled. About the marks on the wall: I apologized for the marks on the wall and offered to take care of it but the client said not to worry about it becouse he already had the paint and would be a problem for him to do it. We own up to our mistakes and we take care of it. Unfortunately we couldn't make this client happy."

We hired Bruno to refinish a hardwood floor, that had been poorly finished by the original installer. The original installer had left a lot of debris in the finish. Bruno was able to remove a lot of the debris in the finish.

Bruno and his team were excellent. They did a fantastic job any very clean - there was little dust when they were done When my son accidentally scuffed the new floors 2 days after they finished, Bruno came back and repaired the area for free! Great customer service. I will definitely call Finesse back when we need the floors done again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for their floors to be refinished.

Finesse did a wonderful job refinishing my wood floors. They matched the color to the color of other floors in the house beautifully, and the edges of the rooms and some hard-to-reach spots around corners and beneath kitchen cabinets are perfectly done--just as carefully sanded and finished as the middle of the room. In particular, I appreciate that Bruno worked around a bit of scheduling confusion in order to accommodate us. Very professional. I could not be more pleased with the work and the service. Finesse Hardwood Flooring Team was exceptional. All team members were professional, polite, cooperative and efficient. The work was scheduled and completed on time and according to customer expectation -- even though I had requested the incorrect stain and finish color -- my error -- and it need to be re-stained a darker color.
