Lucas Militao was well versed in the types and attributes of different types of flooring. He was courteous & responsive to my need for a softer floor and advised me on what kind of floor I would need. He added extra padding that he had in his possession & I did not need to purchase it. He kept me informed of his progress during installation & double checked that I liked the flooring. He & his co-worker were very prompt and cleaned up any debris when the job was completed. They moved the refrigerator & table & free standing cabinets then put them back in their original spot. My flooring was installed in 5 H for my approx 150 sq ft area.

Lucas was very attentive to my specific concerns on painting, preparing walls, trims, and ceilings. He also took care of some damage to my kitchen ceiling. His staff was prompt, orderly in preparing all the areas and took special care to remove all my hangings into another floor level. I highly recommend them for excellent service and very reasonably priced for the excellent job completed at my home . Professionally done in a very quick response. Top notch job with a smiling crewð
