However, I when I booked them I told them I’d want them to come back weekly until the house sold...getting them to respond and schedule the next week was a nightmare, so I gave up. We scheduled her to come for the first cleaning that week, and she did a phenomenal job — she cleaned stuff the other cleaners missed, which I didn’t catch until I saw her doing it. After that, she came weekly until my house sold. She even came back the night the movers took everything out of the house and cleaned the floors, cabinets, etc. The house looked spotless and my real estate agent was so impressed, she scheduled her to do work for her other clients. "I really wanted to appreciate what the 3 very sweet and friendly ladies accomplished, but the "deep cleaning" that I was hoping for did not take place. After they left, I noticed: -hair and dirt on the hardwood floor -dust and grime on the baseboards -babyfood on the wall behind the high chairs -pieces of dirt and hair on the baby mat -old dirt and formula residue behind the cribs in the nursery -built up dust on the wires next to the television -stovetop was still stained with grease - no attention paid to windows -general dirt build up in corners of rooms"

"Owner Frede Matos was very professional, punctual and personable. He kept us updated as to his arrivals, and when he expected the work to be completed. We have a lot of carpeting in our new house and both Frede and Juan did a phenomenal job cleaning it. Juan really attacked several stubborn stains and was pretty successful. "They were GREAT!  They gave me an estimate for each floor.  The following Wednesday they arrived at the specified time.  They moved all the furnitre out of the room, sanded, cleaned and polyuritaned a first coat.  Then, heated the puddle on the other floor, and was able to get it up.  They came back Thursday and Friday afternoon, sanding and coating the floor each time.  Two thresholds needed attention that wasn't in the initial estimate.  Both were repaired at no charge.They came back Monday, (11/14/2011) putting all the furniture back into the room, hooking up the flat screen TV and hanging the closet doors."

"They are fantastic. I've had them at my home at least 4 or 5 times after using another big name company that I would never recommend. It is a family owned business. He personally comes to the house and explains what he is going to do and what he is going to put down. He goes through the individual steps. It is amazing. They put the little styrofoam blocks underneath the furniture to keep it from staining the carpet if there is any water or metal. They are very careful about everything. They are very good about telling me to take anything valuable out of the room. They also tell me to remove pets or any creatures that might bite them from the area. They are wonderful."
