So, for that, along with the results they provide, in the timeframe they provide it, they are more than reasonably priced. They sanded, stained, sealed, and polyurethaned our existing hardwood floors in our entire house which consists of about 1600 square feet ( 3 bedrooms with closets, living room, family room, large kitchen, hallways, plus two staircases in five days.
