"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

"Pereira and his team did a great job painting my two story house’ soffit, fascia , cleaned gutters and soft wash siding within the time frame we’ve agreed to. Their price was very competitive among four contractors who provided quotes for. One other quote was same price for painting but wouldn’t do gutter cleaning. Other two quotes were both over 50% more expensive for same scope of work. This is for a rental apartment I need to keep the cost down so that I keep the rent affordable.
