Wow! We have been so incredibly impressed by Ozzie and his team. We were moving from Boston to Harvard and had about 6 weeks between closing and when we had to move to do a bunch of work on the new house. Ozzie did so much more than just the floors for us. Every time we mentioned another project, he quickly would say â we do thatâ , and indeed he and his workers not only did the work, but did it quickly, with high quality, great communication, timeliness and of course a great price. Just to summarize what they did: 1) Sanded, stained and new poly on all of the wood floors (a lot of square footage). We did provincial stain with satin finish poly and they are gorgeous. 2) complete interior painting of all walls, ceiling, trim, doors, closets 3) sanded and refinished the kitchen cabinets to make the tired old wood cabinets have a completely new life.. (this is an incredible option to quickly and inexpensively give your old kitchen a completely new feel). He used a different white enamel and removed all the knobs and hinges and then reattached everything for a very custom look. He also did the same for the first floor bathroom and it looks AMAZING. 4) put down new slate tile in the kitchen and bathroom (previously was older linoleum). The dark grey natural stone looks beautiful with the white counters and new paint job. 5) installed new backsplash subway tile. Overall we could not be happier. His price was. Fantastic, and Ozzie is a genuinely good guy with a great crew. We will absolutely continue to work with him on future projects and have recommended him to my brother and fiends already.

Pro clean did a fabulous job on all my floors while on vacation. Although there was a power outage, a winter storm, and a loss of heat, Pro Cleanâ came through and finished the job on time! I came back to gleaming floors with a dazzling finish. I had gotten four estimates for this job and Pro Cleanâ s pricing was very competitive. Bottom line - I give Pro Clean the highest recommendation possible and would recommend them to anyone.

The paint job that was done by this business was outstanding. Kept me informed at all times. Made suggestions and did changes as requested. Totally satisfied and would recommend this business to everyone. Having them back to do additional work in the home.

We put in a quote for refinishing our floors on Sunday and Ozzy came out same day to give us an estimate. His crew was able to come in on that following Wednesday and completed the project by Friday. I wish we could post before and after photos here because we are blown away by how they turned out. Our floors have seen 120 years worth of wear and tear and they now look brand new. The price was lower than we expected and Ozzy was very professional and wonderful to work with. His team did an incredible job!

My floors look great again after they have been refinished. We opted to do the removal of the furniture and the dust protection ourselves. The job was finished quicker then expected while we were away.

Ozzy came to the house and gave us a quote within 2 days for sanding and refinishing our wood floors. His team completed the job within three days. My wife and I are very satisfied with the results. The floors look like they were just laid. His team were professional. We had two quotes for this work and Ozzy's was 20% of the other one. He explained up front that we would need to remove all furniture from the floors and there would be some clean up after they completed the work. There were no surprises.

Our hardwood floors were badly in need of refinishing, water damage and broken flooring were major concerns. Ozzy provided both a prompt and fair estimate. Crew provided excellent service. Workmanship was outstanding, water damage gone, repairs excellent, finish uniform. Our floors are better then new!

Ozzie prides himself on all the 5 star reviews...The issue is, he could probably write them himself. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. The floors are horrible, he is over priced, he lies and lies and lies. Please do your self a favor, DO NOT EVER HIRE PROCLEAN! Ever! Please feel free to respond if you need pictures, videos, anything. Where do the reviews come from? The same IP address? He is horrible!

Our house was built in 1997, we moved in in 2006. Our hardwood floors on the 1st floor needed considerable work after years of wear - water stains, surface scratches, some minor dings to the wood. Ozzy did a great job with the estimation and scheduling process, and gave us a great price. The level of quality exceeded by expectations - what a difference ! I would highly recommend Ozzy and team to anyone looking into a hardwood floor resurfacing project.

Ozzie is very attentive and helpful; he arrived when promised and provided a quote on the spot. His crew was also quite pleasant and hard-working; they are young (so significantly more enthusiastic than they are yet experienced), but were always willing to make things 'right'.

I engaged Ozzy to refinish the hard wood floors on my house in Northborough. He arrived on time to review the work and take measurements. He gave me a quote right away and I hired him. He arranged to get the work done the following week and did a very professional job in just a few days and within the time he promised. I was very happy with the quality of workmanship and would hire them again.

We engaged Ozzy to paint our condominium. He was so responsive and a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction was superb. We expanded this work to include installing a kitchen backsplash.

Ozzy was wonderful! The old wood floors in our new house were painted and his crew did a beautiful job getting rid of all the paint and restoring them to their former glory.

Quality of the work was very good and they were spot on with timing to complete the job. Our only complaint was communication. Also, while we were aware of the mess sanding would create, the back of the contract indicates that "ProClean will offer maid services for cleaning detail." This was not offered even at the walk-through when we discussed the extent of dust left. Had we known that the workers would not cover or hang protection barriers, we would have done that at the time we moved the furniture.

Really know their stuff went above and beyond to get my floors done before I moved in 😊
