"We had this company build a new master-suite in our home. That included floor plan changes, tiling the bath, installing a new shower, a jetted tub and a new toilet. Only 3 months after many things fall apart. A glass shelf almost fell in the tub when my wife was in it. It almost injured her. Towel racks came of the walls leaving giant holes behind. The brand new tub stoped draining. I brought in a licensed plumber to fix that and he told me he never saw "such a sh*tshow". When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric.
