Above and Beyond expectations. From my original call to Derek (the owner I believe) who got me in touch with their dispatcher Arlene who was super helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The All-Star is my plumber Charles. Charles took the time to access the situation and found 2 additional problems. Charles actually showed me cause and effect. My friend also needed a plumber and already booked through Zeolla Plumbing & Heating because of my positive experience. Here’s why Charles and Zeolla are a great company. -Flexible contacting solutions: texting Arlene was super convenient. -Charles showed me what was happening and why. -Charles made sure he cleaned up his work area (cleaned more than he had to) -Charles kept me informed as he was performing the major steps. -Most important Charles showed up with a face covering, and made sure my family was comfortable with him working in the respective area’s. -I believe money isn’t the deciding factor, but I got a quote from another local company. Their price was 2 1/2 times more, AND with Charles the price I got with the additional services wasn’t reasonable it was fantastic! From start to finish: without a doubt Zeolla Plumbing and Heating does a phenomenal job with Customer Service, Pricing, and Professionalism. We have come to associate the presence of Zeolla Plumbers with a feeling of deep relief - I cannot highly enough recommend these folks, who are so consistently on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and calm (in the face of what we have called "plumbing emergencies"). We bought a new (but very old) home in May that ended up coming with a number of unpleasant surprises in the plumbing department. We had already planned to hire Zeolla for a major, known job (replacing a corroded cast iron wast pipe), but the other issues were unforeseen. In each of three events these professionals (of whom we've met Brian, Roger, Charles, and Mark), assessed, rather straightforwardly, what seemed like disasters to us, offered a solution, and proceeded to make a quick job of it. Their rates are incredibly reasonable and we've come to think of them as nothing short of engineer-artist-geniuses. Last, both Derek and Brittany have been helpful and generous with their time on the phone, as we have tried to figure out a variety of issues. You really ought to call Zeolla; you'll never need another plumber!

If you're looking for an honest, expert, responsive plumbing service, your search is over. Boy am I glad I found Zeolla. I am an avid DIYer, and I undertook a project to "fix" the toilet in our one-bathroom house one morning while my wife was at work. By 2:30PM, it became clear to me that I wasn't going to be able to finish the job... for a few more days. Meanwhile, my wife was coming home in 3 hours, and we would be without a toilet for the foreseeable future. Not good. So I called Zeolla to rescue me, and Derek was personable and professional. Even though it was late in the day, he and 2 other Zeolla employees were at my house within about 20 minutes. I thought my situation in my old house would be tricky for them, but they were in, out, and completely cleaned up within 90 minutes. And that 90 minutes included some other work I asked them to do while they were here (installing a new toilet water supply valve, sink top, and new faucet). And it was all done well before my wife came home! Ha. But seriously, the work was exceptional, efficient, and the price was more than fair, especially considering the response time. Zeolla will be the only plumbers I use in the future, period.

I called Zeolla Plumbing after my previous plumber left me in the lurch. We were having problems with our hot water heater. Zeolla responded right away and felt bad giving us the horrible news that our Navien unit had been installed improperly. They showed us all of the problems and explained how they would fix it. They arrived early to do the work and work diligently all day, but the unit could not be saved due to the damage. They gave us a really amazing deal on the new unit and properly installed it the next day. They were a dream to work with. They were so professional and kind. They are more than amazing plumbers who know what they are doing, they are also great people. I will be sticking with them for all of my future plumbing needs.

We had 2 leaking/broken outdoor faucets that needed to be replaced. I spoke with the owner, then sent him pictures of the faucets and valves. His son came out a few days later and fixed them quickly. He showed me how to drain the line and shut off the valves before the winter starts. He was great! We absolutely plan to use them again to replace our water heater!

This company is fabulous! I was contacted within 5 minutes of my initial phone call. Doug Zeolla, the owner is terrific! Brian, Mark and Charles arrived exactly on time. They explained what the job involved and answered all my questions. They gave us an estimate and I immediately agreed. They were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job. Everything was clean and neat when they left. Doug called later to make sure I was pleased with the work. I am thrilled that I have a new plumber. I found Zeolla on Angie's List and gave them a call. Doug returned my call almost immediately and scheduled a colleague to come over to diagnose the issue as well as provide me with next steps and estimates. I was able to have the work scheduled the very next day. Even though the scope of work increased when we discovered that the pedestal sink was cracking and needed replacement, Brian & Charles worked to address all of issues efficiently and without much impact to the timeline. The workmanship was excellent and they left the work space very clean. I appreciated the timely communication with regards to scheduling and answering all of my questions. Happy customer!

Doug cam by and gave me an estimate. Scheduled the work a few days ahead. Brian arrived on time and went to work. Everything went smoothly and am very happy with the completed work done on both installations. Price was competitive. Will use again.

I found Zeolla Plumbing on Angie's list, and gave them a call,. They called me back the same day. Doug Zeolla came out the following day, and took care of whatever was rotted out inside my shower. He was prompt, polite, and neat. And, also very reasonably priced.

I've used Zeolla Plumbing before and was always happy with their professionalism and quality of their work but this last experience has been even more impressive, We had water coming through the ceiling of the basement when we used the dishwasher or the kitchen sink. I called Zeolla at 7am in the morning and they were able to come at 8am. They diagnosed the system and found the problem which happened to be a hole in the dishwasher hose. They tried to quick fix it but it turned out the hose needed to be completely replaced. They couldn't do that as it goes inside the dishwasher and can't be detached from the outside of it. I called the appliance company to schedule the repair. Zeolla Plumbing DID NOT CHARGE me at all. Not even for the service call even though they've spent around 2 hours here. Thank you Doug and Derek, I really appreciate it.

Every thing went fine. He arrived on time, took care of the problem by picking up a new toilet at Home Depot when it was determined that it could not be repaired. He was very nice and professional. The cost includes the price of the toilet and he guaranteed the work for one year.

"WOW WHAT A GREAT JOB" Zeolla Plumbing is the the very best plumbing contractor I have ever used in the past 50 years. Doug's company is A++++ on all fronts: explaining the Navien system & why this model was the best product available. After much research I fully agree with his assessment. My electric bills have been running over $2,000/year and an separate energy audit revealed that this unit will be cut my electric bill by 50%. As for Doug & his team they were highly professional ... their quality of work was 5*, explaining my unit, clean workmanship, pleasant & punctual. Price quoted was price paid. Will definitely use Doug for all my future plumbing needs!

Doug & Charles were very professional and wonderful to work with. They responded quickly and I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. I was able to contact them early (approximately 7am) and they responded almost immediately. Derek (I apologize if I misspelled his name) showed up maybe 30 min later (if not sooner). He came in, was personable and knowledgeable. The faucet was replaced, the valves were addressed and that was that. I would definitely hire them again.

Responsive, on time, cleaned up perfectly, attention to detail. Very friendly, explaining every step along the way, checking on what the budget was and giving many options. I have used these guys many times and will continue to. In this case the toilet started leaking as the kids went to school and by early afternoon the new toilet was in and old rotting pipes replaced.
