"Punctual, polite, good suggestions, worked very hard to snake in new wiring, did a great job over 4 days rewiring the whole house except kitchen which was modern. Replaced and added dozens of outlets and fixtures in basement and 3 living floors, new elect heat in one room, removed old wiring and cleaned up afterwards. Work was done October 2021, no problems at all in the 3 months since then. Joe and Dave are highly recommended."

"Frances is pleasant to talk with and was punctual and responsive. My problem was that he's probably too busy. When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."

"Jim, Ryan, John, Jay and team were fantastic. This is the second time we have hired a Britton team. We have always been very pleased with the work from the scoping of the project to the renovation process, completion and even the final punch list. Both projects were on time and on budget. We find because of their experience, their recommendations of subtle design options and suggestions make a big difference in the end product. The project that was just completed involved multiple out-sourcing as well. All was handled smoothly and professionally. We rebuilt a garage, added a beautiful bedroom and bath above the garage, replaced the roof and gutters, remodeled two existing bathrooms, replaced many of the interior doors and replaced shutters and some siding. The only delay in the project was caused by city permitting issues. Communication was good with respect to timeline as well as when decisions were needed. I also work at home and worked through this project with their understanding and planning. They also work well with animals in the home through a project. The team has long relationships with many of the subcontractors and the immediate team are great craftsman and workers. We are very pleased with our new space, grateful to the Britton team, would call them again for a future project and highly recommend their work!"

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. "Pool air leaks are often difficult to diagnose. Sean ruled out a couple of plumbing issues around pump and filter, then pressure tested both skimmer lines. It wasn't conclusive, but there was some loss of pressure in the skimmer lines. In the end, not losing pool water, the air bubbles i the returns are not enough on their own to dig up skimmer. I felt Sean gave good counsel on how to manage and not spend too much money before it was necessary."
