We had a very hard time finding a good contractor before Sam was recommended to us. Sam was very professional and detailed. I especially liked the application he used to track the project. We received a detailed estimate that was a great price and we remained on target with the only changes being additions that we asked for. He keeps things clean, he is dependable and just a nice guy. His work was impeccable, done with thought and organization and we just love our new basement! On to the kitchen!

Sam showed up on time. Was able to get the work done relatively quickly and at a reasonable hourly rate. (installed shutters on top level of house). He did a great job, was very professional and friendly. Would definitely hire again.
