Frank did an excellent job - very clean and efficient installation. He came in advance to advise on installation in an older home, and he came up with a solution that resulted in substantial savings. I called Frank on his cell phone and mentioned I was calling from the same town where he lived. Frank was accommodating to come by at our house on his way back. Frank came in the afternoon as promised and swapped the GFI. Frank also explained how the circuit works and the load it supports. The price was also reasonable.

Frank was tidy, efficient and completely trustworthy (had to leave him at the house for the two days he worked - it was absolutely no issue). He knew his stuff and didn't waste time trying different wiring or equipment options. He brought the appropriate mounting hardware (even though he is an electrician, he did a great job with the mounting), saving time again. I recommend Frank very highly to anyone needing expertise and a fair value.

Frank responded in an hour to our initial email and was at our home that afternoon to take a look at the situation. He was then easily accessible through both email and phone to answer all of our questions. Thanks to Frank, the power lines were ready when Eversource needed them; however, they ended up needing to wait for the tree to be removed first! Frank was busy for hours ensuring that all work was up to code and that permits were obtained. He really focused on getting things done as quickly, efficiently and professionally as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, but hopefully, not under emergency circumstance.

Frank O'Reilly responded quickly and gave me an estimate which wasn't the lowest but his description of the work was much more detailed than any one else and I felt like he knew what he had to do and could do it. He came out when he said he would and did all the work in the timeframe he promised. All 3 fan/light combos have worked fine since installation and he left the rooms in excellent condiftion after the work was completed.

Also the job was to completely wire a new above ground pool not only did we bond the pool the water the pool pump and salt water controller we also ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit from the main breaker panel piped pvc across the back of the house (no basement ) to a GFCI receptacle, weather proof box and in use cover. also changed the pool pump #16 gauge factory cord to new #12 gauge cord and male cord cap. to meet todays electrical code requirements. Frank arrived on time and was very professional. Turned out the problem was the timer was off! Despite my embarrassment I appreciated the service being punctual and at least it was established there are 2 circuits to the pool shed/pump which led to my confusion.

Frank was very punctual, he installed an outlet for the dish washer. We were very pleased with his knowledge and experience. This was not an easy installation. He had to remove the dish washer, uninstall the old wiring, and go through the wall to the sink side to install the. Outlet.

"In Defense of O'Reilly Electrical Service , The charge for a licensed electrician and a van is $90.00 period. It was unfortunate the customer tried unsuccessfully to locate the problem , This is why we get paid what we do 20 years experience,2 fully stocked vans thousands of dollars in advertisement each year etc... It is unfortunate he was unhappy with a normal service charge we had know idea what the problem was or ever is until a licensed professional arrives on a job. The customer left a voice message that he thought $90.00 was two much for my prompt professional service, we arrived the very next day morning after the service call was made i tried to explain all of the overhead a company has over the phone and he seem to understand. After a month of not receiving payment then a call was made to check on a invoice past due. I have preformed a very honest and professional electrical business in the town of Lexington for over the past 20 years. And I have hundreds of thank you notes and letters for years of reliable service provided with no complaints with the price of my service. I didn't have the actual work done. The company had changed, and they just didn't have the same level of expertise. I don't think I would use them in the future because there are too many other providers that I don't have to continually revex, if you know I mean.

In over 29 years of doing all phases of residential electrical work I have never heard of anyone hooking up exterior motion lights into a alarm system ? sorry it does not make much sense to me.
