It was great. A lot of extra time was spent giving us info about out new house. Lines were traced, estimates were given. There was never a feeling that we were on the clock or that the job was being rushed. We will use Hummingbird again.

I had a weird mystery leak coming into my basement and Hummingbird Plumbing was extremely responsive and they were able to figure out what was going on and immediately fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable, there was great communication through the whole process, and the bill was less expensive than I expected for such high quality work! I will definitely be calling them back for service on my furnace and AC units, or any other random leaks that spring up.

Kevin was amazing. We knew from our home inspection prior to buying that the water heater that was installed by the previous homeowners was improperly installed and was leaking, so we wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Kevin came out that week and was honest about how unsafe the old system was. He was knowledgeable about both gas and electric systems and sent over a detailed summary and estimate that afternoon. We felt confident about the option we went with (a hybrid model with a heat pump). We had the service performed the following week and he even walked me through the full process in a way I could understand! We will be calling him for all our future plumbing needs!

After being left without hot water for a number of days by a different local heating and plumbing service, Kevin responded quickly to my request and was compassionate and responsive enough to evaluate and replace my broken water heater with a new tankless model the next day! I know that he put in the extra effort and stayed well-longer than he should have, just to make sure that we would have hot water that night. My family and I can't thank him enough. I can't believe that I'm looking forward to having to have him back to the house to replace my aging furnace! You'd be lucky to have this guy to any type of service for you.
