"They were great. We are very happy with how everything turned out!"

"Bob did a perfect job on exactly what I wanted on replacing fireplace mantel and having tile on the floor and around the fireplace. I would highly recommend Bob and his crew to do any project ."

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Christian was hired by us to split an enclosed porch into two different spaces according to a complex diagram we drew up for him. He took notes, asked questions, and made sure he understood our needs before he left to procure the supplies for the build. Christian has excellent communication skills, he is a skilled professional, personable, very customer focused, and results driven. Christian made a concerted effort to get buy-in from us at every step of the project to ensure we were happy with the progress of the job. We were very impressed with how Christian ran the job and communicated with us. This purpose of this project was to create an indoor enclosed plant nursery, and I absolutely LOVE what Christian and his crew made for me. Christian and his crew come with our highest recommendation for any job you need done in your home. "I would hire Mead Handyman service again. I used his service for a couple projects such repainting a ceiling, remodeling two bathrooms and redid a deck. Quality work done in a timely manner."

"Derek was the best handyman EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He repaired some roof tiles and the wood on the inside of the shed. It had leaked inside and the wood needed to be replaced. He worked until everything was done, even though it was late. He also repaired a piece of the ceiling in my dining room, that I had asked others to repair and they would not do the work. He was polite and easy to talk to as he explained some of the work he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done of any kind. Ann Finneral"
