We couldn’t be happier with the service Ray provided. He was transparent, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. The mold damage was extensive in the attic and upstairs bedroom, and after treatment it looks brand new. He also provided us with a list of modifications (e.g. inadequate attic ventilation) to prevent mold growth in the future. He also offered to come back for one more treatment after the remodeling- no extra charge. As first time homeowners, my husband and I couldn’t feel more relieved or supported.

He removed the mold and fumigated to remedy the situation in a timely fashion.

Fantastic! It’s been about 2 weeks since we received our mold removal and treatment service from My Pure Environment. Our bathroom looks and feels great! We have a much easier time maintaining its cleanliness now that MPE has taken care of the mold issue. With 2 under 2 in our household, we are so happy to finally let them bathe in the tub without fear of mold toxicity! 10/10 would recommend and hire again!

Rey from My Pure Environment did an excellent job. Based on his visual inspection, he said that the substance on the walls did not appear to be mold, but to be sure I requested that he have an independent analysis done. He had the equipment with him and took surface swabs and air sample collections both inside and outside the space and two days later we received a detailed analysis performed by an independent lab. Rather than simply submit the report, he asked me to open it on my computer and reviewed it with me line-by-line. What we were concerned could be mold was probably candle soot that accumulated over some years. The process was thorough, professional, and objective. Great work!
