I highly recommend Sunshine Construction. I went to them after a leak required demolishing the upper portion of my kitchen wall and ceiling to mitigate, looking to preserve my backsplash, repair the wall and ceiling and get them repainted, and install new upper cabinets cabinets. I thought I would need multiple contractors, but Sunshine Construction handled all of it and did a great job. Maryam and the rest of the team were nice to work with and very communicative. There were some complications with the backsplash being larger than standard size and wiring issues with the old cabinet lights, but for both they were quick and clear in providing options and recommendations, and ultimately solved the issues with little trouble. My kitchen feels whole again, and I will definitely call them for any future projects!

An absolute pleasure to work with. Rarely you would find a team that cares so much. Thorough scraping and surface prep. They use Benjamin Moore primer and paint which is not cheap. We ended up having some other work with them too and they executed flawlessly

Sunshine Construction painted the exterior of our house this summer during a wild heat wave. They were so kind and courteous and especially patient with my toddler who was obsessed with them. Sunshine Construction did a phenomena job of repairing and painting my walls. They made the extra effort to match the existing color perfectly .Very detailed during the repair process and left the home clean, fresh and new. Communication was also very timely and pleasant and they made themselves available during a weekend to get this done. Pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family and will be asking for his help again in the future.

Sunshine Construction did an excellent job painting my house. Very meticulous in the prep work (filling, sanding, priming, etc) which means all the difference with any paint job. They were also able to replace some clapboard and went the extra mile in certain areas. For example, painted one of my railings we had not discussed as being part of the job! Sunshine Construction is reasonably priced, professional, and timely. Communication throughout the process was top notch. Highly recommended !

They did a fabulous job painting the outside of our house so when we downsized to a condo, we asked them to paint all the walls and ceilings. The walls are very tall going up to the loft so it wasn?t easy to paint. TIt looks beautiful!

My entire siding was peeling and cracking. They scraped all the old paint out and did an amazing job surface prepping.
