The crew was hard working, pleasant to speak with, and did a great job of scraping, cleaning, and painting. They worked efficiently and neatly and left the house looking terrific. Sunshine Construction did an excellent job painting my house. Very meticulous in the prep work (filling, sanding, priming, etc) which means all the difference with any paint job. They were also able to replace some clapboard and went the extra mile in certain areas. For example, painted one of my railings we had not discussed as being part of the job! Sunshine Construction is reasonably priced, professional, and timely. Communication throughout the process was top notch. Highly recommended !

They did a fabulous job painting the outside of our house so when we downsized to a condo, we asked them to paint all the walls and ceilings. The walls are very tall going up to the loft so it wasn?t easy to paint. TIt looks beautiful!
