"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

"Exceptional service!! I got a call in advance, explaining the Covid-19 protocol and how the visit would work. Service technician, "Bobby 102" arrived on time, wearing face covering as discussed. He was super polite! Brought in his equipment (including floor/rug covering), accurately described the scope of the job and estimated timing. He worked quietly and efficiently while here and explained what he discovered at the end of his work. We were able to ask questions and got very clear and direct answers including what maintenance might be required down the road. We gave him a check on the spot and he was off to his next customer. I had a chimney liner installed in my older home and they took care to leave it better than they found it. Some pointing was done as well at the top of the chimney that needed fix. I now look up with pride once again knowing the guys set me up for the next season change !"

"Installation went fine until I noticed several weeks later that it was harder to keep house warm and there was significant draft by the woodstove insert. I went outside and looked at the chimney cap installed by Kevin Fredrickson and noticed it was off center of the chimney and the base of the cap was only covering 2/3rds of the opening and no insulation was placed around the liner so heat was funneling right up the chimney and outside.  I contacted Kevin and he responded within a few days and agreed to take a look.  When he arrived he didn't have the tools or ability to fix the cap due to snow so he stuffed insulation around the chimney liner from inside the house to keep the drafts down and stated he would be back in spring to fix the cap.  As of June 1, 2015 he hadn't contacted me or arrived to fix the cap so I tried to contact Kevin Fredrickson but got no response.  As of 10/9/2015  (the date of this review) Kevin had not contacted me or made any attempts to properly attach the chimney cap installed by Integrity Chimney Services LLC.

On Friday October 16, 2015 Kevin stopped by and properly attached chimney cap to chimney and corrected the issue."

"Jason is a true professional,and takes pride in his work. We have a stone chimney that was once very beautiful but was in desperate need of repair. This chimney is on a flat roof, we have a new Duralast rubber roof system over it, it is a fairly new product. Jason really did his homework on this roof system, he spoke to Duralast professionals to get a thorough understanding of this product and was very careful not to void our warranty. Jason repointed the chimney, added new lead flashing, a new chimney cap, and waterproofing. I am happy to say the Chimney looks beautiful once again and is completely water proof. Jason's pricing was very fair and I was very impressed with his work. I highly recommend Peak Chimney."

"I could not be happier. Obviously, I have not climbed on top of my 3 story house to look close up, but even from the ground I can see that what was clearly a rickety chimney now looks, well, rock solid. The chimney cap is in place and it clearly looks like it's going to stand for a very long time. Ted called me within minutes of me doing the search on Angie's List, but since Rock Solid was one of the companies that came up with an A rating and excellent reviews, and since he could come out very quickly, I decided to see what he said. Time frame was important here, since you could see the sky through the gaps between the bricks of the chimney, and we have solar panels near by. If a brick fell it could damage a solar panel and that would be very bad. In fact, Ted said that the best course would be to rebuild the chimney entirely, but given the solar panels he wouldn't want to take the chance. It looked rebuilt when they left today. He gave me the estimate on Tuesday and was able to make it here on Friday (today.) He *did* tell me he wasn't a morning person and wouldn't be out early, but I didn't need to be here so long as they had access to water and electricity. Well, I don't know when they arrived because I didn't hear a thing. Just when I went out I saw the ladder. They were done by 4pm and everything looked beautiful. The ground underneath was perfectly clean. I gave him a check and now I've got a fully repaired chimney that isn't going to fall down. All good! Much happiness all around. I certainly recommend Rock Solid Chimney."

"While the water stains appeared in the same exact spot, Fabio claimed it was my roof that needed to replaced not the flash this time.  He wouldn't accept responsibility and left convinced that it was the roof.    I got a second opinion, the second roofer said the flash had been wrapped too tight, and did not go high enough up the chimney.  He also suggested that I get a cover for the chimney.  The second guy did me a solid and caulked the chimney to prevent further water damage temporarily but it will eventually need to be done over again.  Fabio refused to accept responsibility and a year and half later, I will have to do the job all over again.  Very disappointing..."
