Installation went fine until I noticed several weeks later that it was harder to keep house warm and there was significant draft by the woodstove insert. I went outside and looked at the chimney cap installed by Kevin Fredrickson and noticed it was off center of the chimney and the base of the cap was only covering 2/3rds of the opening and no insulation was placed around the liner so heat was funneling right up the chimney and outside.  I contacted Kevin and he responded within a few days and agreed to take a look.  When he arrived he didn't have the tools or ability to fix the cap due to snow so he stuffed insulation around the chimney liner from inside the house to keep the drafts down and stated he would be back in spring to fix the cap.  As of June 1, 2015 he hadn't contacted me or arrived to fix the cap so I tried to contact Kevin Fredrickson but got no response.  As of 10/9/2015  (the date of this review) Kevin had not contacted me or made any attempts to properly attach the chimney cap installed by Integrity Chimney Services LLC.

On Friday October 16, 2015 Kevin stopped by and properly attached chimney cap to chimney and corrected the issue.

Everything went well. Our interaction with him was great. He was here within the time he said that he would be.

I had Integrity do some much needed work last fall which included a cleaning, a new liner and a new connector and flu at my furnace.  They also replaced missing bricks/mortar and installed a new chimney cap.  They did an excellent job at a reasonable price; returned all my calls and showed up at the agreed upon time.  And to my amazement; it only took them a few hours to complete all these tasks.

Kevin (the owner) was extremely professional and did excellent work. He removed our power vent, which was hooked to an oil burning furnace. He then added a new stainless steel chimney of the best quality at a very reasonable cost to us.
He gave us a discount as our neighbor had his chimney done at the same time.
I would hire him again without reservations.

Kevin and his crew were incredible - they came on a Saturday, right before Christmas, and went above and beyond the call of duty in getting my chimney ready for the wood-burning season. They are punctual, great at what they do and took great care to ensure they contained and cleaned all of the mess from their work; they are also refreshingly honest, which lends credence to their company name.

.first of all, out of 3 companies I called, he was the only one who returned my call. (and I left messages twice at the others.)  He was very concerned about whether i had an alternative heat source and if i did not he would have come as soon as he finished the job he was on.  The problem proved to be green fire wood.  Since he used to do logging and firewood, he was able to explain to me in detail what to look for in seasoned wood and why mine clearly was not.  Once he produced some seasoned wood, the fire burned just fine. I have since had another load of wood delivered and all is well

My husband was home when they arrived, and he told me everything went great.  I had spoken with Kevin on the phone prior to the appointment, and he is very nice.  They completed the job as promised.  I would definitely hire again.

The service went extremely well. He was on time, friendly and professional and he shows a high competency for the technical aspects of his work.

Extremely professional and punctual.  Very friendly and willing to complete the job including the waterproofing, and the damper, and combustor installations with no additional charges.  Not only that, but his bid was more than 40% lower than two others I had gotten!  Was very friendly and personable.  Explained all phases of the job with photos to show me what he had done.  Completely cleaned up and removed all debris and extra materials.  I can't say enough about how pleased I have been with this provider (Kevin Fredrickson).  Kudos to Angie's List for helping me find him.

Kevin and his assistant arrived on time and were pleasant.  They inspected the chimney from top and bottom, took pictures and showed me where I had some brick damage at the top and gave suggestions but did not pressure me to have it fixed by them immediately.  They proceeded to clean the chimney - they were respectful of my belongings and didn't leave any trace of a mess when they left.  I also had Kevin take a quick peek at a gas heater/stove that I had trouble lighting.  He took the extra 5 minutes to help with that which was appreciated.  
The only things that could have bettered the score and my experience were if he had provided me with a receipt including detail of work performed when completed.  I had to follow up a couple times to receive an official receipt with the pictures he took of my chimney.  I like to have those items for my home repair/work records.  Lastly, he quoted me $115 on the phone, $120 was what he told me after service was complete.  When I wrote out the check, I didn't remember his quote  but when I referred back to my notes from when I scheduled the appointment I saw $115. Not a huge difference but it seems like quotes are sort of "off the cuff".  Overall I was happy with the services provided and would use them again.

Kevin provided absolutely superb service.  It was so good that my wife and I already recommended him to 2 other individuals.
A few weeks ago he helped me figure out where water was leaking into my home - we figured out it was coming from the chimney which had some cracks in the mortar.  He took lots of pictures while he was up on my roof so he could show me exactly what he was seeing and then provided a very cost effective solution.  The leaking has since stopped.  He also noticed some other minor issues with the chimney and fixed them free of charge.  While up there he noticed the flashing was off and re-caulked it as well - again at no extra charge.  This really demonstrated to me his desire to get the job done right.
Earlier today he came by to service my boiler.  Yet again demonstrating great service.  Not only did he bring his own drop cloths (because he remembered my basement was dirt and tracked through the house), but he took his shoes off when travelling between his truck and the basement.  He put down clean clay beneath areas that might leak (my oil tank is very old) and instructed me on how to check it over the next few days.  He also showed me in person and on his phone exactly what he did with the boiler.  He went way above and beyond and took the time to do the job right.  His price was (again) astoundingly fair.
When my pellet stove contract is up, I'll be renewing it under Kevin instead.  He's also already on my list to do the boiler and chimney cleaning next year. 
Kevin has clearly demonstrated not only how competent he is at what is does - but that he does it with integrity and an attention to detail very hard to find these days.  He obviously takes pride in his work and I'm thankful I'm able to use his services going forward - he's a rare find.
10/10 WILL be hiring again.

I can not say enough about how great Kevin was to work with.  He is very professional, arrived on time, installed the chimney liner  and cleaned up after the installation.  Kevin returned phone calls, worked around my schedule and complete the job quickly.  Kevin is to ultimate professional and proivdes excellent cusotmner service.  I highly recommend him adn will be usign him again for future projects.

He was awesome. A true professional, very personable and friendly. He came around 1:30 and left at 3:00, he is quick and efficient. I highly recommend him.
