Duran Chimney Repairs LLC offers quality work at a honest price, will treat your home like my own. I’am Certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of American with 7 years of experience. I specialize on all 3 levels of inspections, wood burning fireplaces, chimney repairs and installs. I fallow all NFPA 211 codes and standards for all repairs and installs. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests and make their concerns the basis of our business. Here’s a list of courses i have taken with the CSIA training program. he showed up on time. did a terrific job. he kept me informed about his arrival time what was happening while he was working. I was really concerned about the mess that might leave but it was perfectly clean. there was no residue or mess left behind. he protected the floors. did everything very well definitely will hire him again.

My chimney cap had blown off during one of those wind storms in March. I made an appointment for Alelfi to stop by the next day. It turned out that after he did a camera inspection of my chimney flue, I needed a new liner. Alelfi was able to schedule me in 2 weeks later to start the project. Everything went great during the 4 day repairs. He had to breakup the old liner and replace it with 2 insulated stainless steel liners. Also, we needed a fireplace insert that I purchased separately. Alelfi, picked up the insert, assembled and installed it. It looks beautiful and works terrific. We never had a real log fire before because our flue was to small (we had to always use Duraflame logs). So we now have a great roaring fire and the ability to heat the entire 1st floor. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Alelfi again for my chimney needs.

Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Non-Gas) - Install
Duran removed my old gas fireplace, ran a new 6-inch insulated liner down the chimney, (which was not easy, the flue needed to be opened up a bit in certain spots). He rebuilt and repointed my upper chimney, waterproofed it, and installed an amazing new wood burning fireplace, that we are loving! He came out to the house, estimated the job for free. His price was thousands less than the competitors (others charged $250 just to come out and estimate) Duran was professional, honest, clean, hardworking and affordable. If you're getting chimney work done, you are crazy if you don't call this guy. I highly recommend. R

Clean and Inspect a wood burning stove or pellet stove
Alfie is an awesome guy. I made a call and he came out in no time flat. Was a balmy 29 degrees and super windy. He got up the chimney and noticed the flue was not connected to the top cap. He did the repairs and explained a bunch of different things to me. Highly recommend.

Had my chimney cleaned and inspected by Alefi. He was very thorough and gave a detailed explanation of a few repairs that were needed (new chimney cap and recommended waterproofing). Gave a prompt estimate at a reasonable price. He got the work done quickly and professionally. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend.
