I could not recommend Brett and A-Z Chimney more. Not only do they do quality work that they stand by, but they're also just genuinely good guys. I recently sustained blasting damage to my 2022 chimney that A-Z did the work on back then. The company that caused the damage (Cell Signaling Technology's new R&D facility in Manchester) got away with not having to pay a penny. They caused thousands of dollars in damages and Brett really helped me out on the cost of fixing the chimney damage. He even went above and beyond and hammered back down and water sealed the nail pops from my house settling from the blasting, which were causing additional water damage. The Cell Signaling Technology nightmare really showcased the bad guys and the good guys. Huge thanks to Brett and A-Z for being the good guys, you have no idea how much I appreciate that!! Quality work, quality people!!

Very professional. Actuality wound up letting me know they could come earlier than the scheduled appointment time. When they arrived, assessed the issue with my pellet stove and cleaned out the flue pipe immediately. They were well prepared and quickly did their work. After cleaning the flue they waited until the stove was running properly. The price for the service was as quoted with no additional charges. Very satisfied.

I had two chimneys rebuilt and caps installed. Dan, Brett and John were very professional. The chimney that vents the furnace was starting to crumble. The other chimney was for the fireplace and was pulling away from the house. Now both chimneys are good to go for many years to come. Thank you A-Z.

I had my old oil burner chimney/flu removed from roof to slab. I really enjoyed working with Brett and team. I was introduced to Brett via the app on Friday and he came out the following Monday to provide a quote. He was quick and efficient to review the scope of the project with me and provided an onsite quote in 20 minutes. After having already met two others companies I knew Brett's responsiveness and thoroughness were worth hiring him and A-Z. His quote was inline with another company (and thousands less than a third company). Brett and his crew showed up a week later and took the chimney down from roof to slab in ! 3 hours. They were on time, polite, clean with their work and efficient. There was minimal dust/soot left to clean up. An overall great experience.

A-Z was responsive and I was able to schedule a cleaning within two weeks during the winter. The service was quick, clean and without any upsell. I found them polite and knowledgeable and will certainly hire them again.

Got us interested in the project and now they keep putting us off. Wish they said they just couldn't do the job.
