They were great they talked to us all the way through the project from start to finish they were so easy With any concerns we had to approach them and discuss it. I would definitely hire them again. "My chimney cap had blown off during one of those wind storms in March. I made an appointment for Alelfi to stop by the next day. It turned out that after he did a camera inspection of my chimney flue, I needed a new liner. Alelfi was able to schedule me in 2 weeks later to start the project. Everything went great during the 4 day repairs. He had to breakup the old liner and replace it with 2 insulated stainless steel liners. Also, we needed a fireplace insert that I purchased separately. Alelfi, picked up the insert, assembled and installed it. It looks beautiful and works terrific. We never had a real log fire before because our flue was to small (we had to always use Duraflame logs). So we now have a great roaring fire and the ability to heat the entire 1st floor. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Alelfi again for my chimney needs. "
