"I hired this company to clean my gas logs. I spent over $250 and am still having trouble with them. My logs light, but after 15 mins start to smell like they are burning and then shut themselves off. This problem has gotten worse since they were here. I have contacted them multiple times to have them come back out to look and they will not return my call. I will not hire this company again. Update as of 12/20/2022 Update to my review: after talking with the company they have made things right with me. Their customer service was quick to respond to my review. Seems there was some technology issues at play screwed up the callbacks."

"These guys were AWESOME! I waited for ever for another contractor to show up and run a gas line from the basement to my kitchen so I could install a gas stove. I finally gave up on the first contractor and called Amanda. Such a good idea! They showed up when scheduled to give me a quote. The price was 1/2 of what the other contractor had quoted. They showed up, did the work, cleaned up their mess and even installed my stove. I highly recommend this company."

John cleaned the fireplace debris and said the pilot seemed fine once the area was cleaned. He was informative, answered any questions I had and took care to be careful when removing the debris."

The we're able to schedule the service within a couple of days and the individual sent out was professional and experienced. The install ended up being a little more complicated than planned, but presented no problems.  I did spend more than expected, but am very pleased with the thoroughness and quality of the work.  I would definitely hire them again for future needs."
