He was prompt and after answering a few questions, he provided me with a quote that was cheaper than other companies and I booked an appointment with him. He came on time (5mins early actually!) reviewed the space, confirmed the quote and got to work after explaining what he was going to do. I found him extremely professional, friendly, precise and thorough. Also gave me good advice on what to look for in future wallpaper projects and have some pro-tips. "Only problem I had with this service is I had to call several times to get back to me regarding installation of wallpaper. Also, on the day he was to arrive at the scheduled time of 10am he didn't show. I finally called around 11:15am to find out if he was still coming he said his alarm on his phone did not alert him of my appointment, He finally showed up at 1p and did a fairly good job. Not the best, but not the worst."
