Our projects were having our fieldstone basement repointed, adding a small piece to our existing fence to our garage, and adding paving stones behind the garage. While he was here, we showed him another project we were considering, and he was able to fit that in the following week. The second project was cleaning out the attic of the garage, removing the floorboards and installing a new 4-foot shelf in the attic ceiling, painting the interior, and installing 3 new windows. Mike is truly a jack of all trades! All the projects above came out great and we were very thankful to have his guidance as things went along. He provided a quote for the job, was communicative, and arrived in a timely manner. He cleaned up after very well after each day and he explains his process, problems, and solutions as he goes so, I always felt informed of what was going on. They painted the entire basement which included painting a bedroom, recreation room, bathroom, a bar and all of the doors, trim, and ceilings. "This was our 4th project with Bay State. They demo'd our old linear closet, refinished and painted our bedroom and installed built in wardrobe cabinets. As usual, they did an amazing job with everything. Even though it was a relatively small project, they gave it their full attention and focus, making sure everything was perfect. And the communication was great all along the way. I'm particularly grateful for Marcio, who has a great eye for design details, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. Even when we had the unexpected challenge of the cabinets not fitting through our hallway, he figured out how to have his team physically lift them (!) through our 2nd floor window. I'm still not sure how they actually did that! If that isn't going above and beyond I'm not sure what is! Also shout out to Marcus (electrician) who did a great job and gave great recommendations, as well as Andreina who was on top of communication and organization as usual. Also the painting team and floor refinishing team (Francis) were great as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

We were hesitant on what shade of Blue to paint our house and Al went out and bought 5 samples for us and also gave his insight to make sure we were confident in our choice. Throughout the process Al was very quick to respond to any questions we had and he also reached out multiple times to let us know the next steps and to make sure we were happy with the progress.
