That’s why we work very closely with each client in a personalized atmosphere using our design expertise to help make every detail perfect. We are a locally owned and operated small business that has its roots on Boston’s South Shore, in the Canton community. The company was started by John Dolan Sr. and his wife Gail in 1962. Currently we are operated by 3 of their 5 children, 1 in-law, and 2 grandchildren have continued the tradition. John Dolan Jr. runs the jobs, overseeing all crews - with 7 trucks on the road daily. Lorraine keeps the office running smoothly and is in the showroom 5 days a week, along with John's sister-in-law, Ronny. Caroline visits your home for thorough kitchen and bath design and measuring for your project. John’s son Johnny, who recently graduated high school and has joined the company as one of the crew also generates 360 panoramic kitchen designs. "We are so happy with the work that Sebastian did at our house. Not only was the work fantastic, Sebastian was amazing to deal with. Everytime I texted him with a question, he always replied within the hour (usually much quicker than that). He also often updated me with the progress by sending photos since we were not living at the house while he was doing the work. The main work that Golden Hammer did for us was in the kitchen where they installed a vent, a new stove, tiled a new backsplash, and installed a new granite counter. They also did a lot of other things around the house, including painting each room, refinishing the wood floors, putting in concrete stair by the backdoor, some carpentry, and installed a new washer & dryer. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
