"All we did is recorded. We installed the awning to manufacturers specs, including recommended posts, which [Member Name Removed] refuses to use. [Member Name Removed] called Monday about a loose lag bolt. We explained several times she needed to use the posts that came with it. She refuses. Since the install, wind has clearly effected it. Its still working, but not for long, unless she uses the posts. From her own YELP review: “I hired professionals to install it, and they did say they used "lag bolts" that they got at Home Depot to make sure it was well attached. Once it was up, it worked flawlessly the first try…(they quoted [Member Information Removed] guys for 4 hours and were done in [Member Information Removed]). Oh, and it cost half as much as either of the other awnings I tried to buy. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up, and I will definitely update if anything goes wrong.” By the way, this was the only one (of 17) happy 5 star review She has on her account. Monday 5/22 [Member Information Removed]:57pm. She called saying the frame bolts were coming loose. This happens by not using the posts. See her photo & imagine a post in the corner. After many condescending, vulgar, calls about timing, we sent tech 1.5 days later. My CSR then called me saying she was being threatened by this woman, saying she’s coming in to deal with her. Our CSR informed her I was not in the office & not to come. [Member Name Removed] said “Well it will just be me and you then!” Clearly a threat. I came right in. As I was listening to the recording, [Member Name Removed] stormed in. Seriously. A very 'sturdy' woman coming to attack a young CSR, over a SCHEDULING ISSUE! She was shocked when I walked out. We called the police. She bolted, but not happy I reported her. Now she's a social media troll on the warpath. We STILL went & re-secured it. Her story is based on anger & desire for sympathy. All is fine if she uses the posts. Check my pics of her awning with our photos. Remember, there’s always another side to a story. Mr. Handyman"

Integrity is a value that we focus a lot of emphasis on and with that, also expect from our customers. Your review is more than a bit contradictive about what happened when you asked us to make good on your mistaken purchases. And relating to lying and integrity, the entire bill for the two days' visits was only $524.25. I'm sorry things didn't work out and that we will not work together any more.
