"Damien arrived on time, was very hard working, charged an exceptionally fair price, and did an outstanding job. When he left, everything was spotless. He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

I'm a DIY-type guy and most professionals don't want to work with guys like me. He was very helpful and called me a few times to walk me through some steps. He even suggested I could've done all of this myself and I could save the $. I wanted him to look at it though and try to get some more pro tips. He gave me great advice for the time (I had to cut him really short because I had a holiday party to attend which I had forgotten about)."
