rotted out. Called Keith and he responded quickly. The following day,
as arranged the guys were here to replace the flange and replace the
toilet.
Arrived 45 minutes late. They both were very friendly. I explained the problem, showed them the location and they went about their business replacing the outside faucet. They were done within 30 minutes. Had a nice but short conversation when they were finished, paid our bill ($175.00) and they went about their day!
